Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand and manage your emotions and those of people around you. People with high emotional intelligence are aware of what they are feeling, what these feelings mean and how they may affect others.

Daniel Goleman, the Psychologist whose name has become synonymous with Emotional Intelligence, has defined the 5 elements of emotional Intelligence as:

  • Self-regulation
  • Motivation
  • Empathy
  • Social skills

Prime Performance conducts an analysis of individuals’ Emotional Intelligence and provides coaching programs to enable them to develop into successful leaders.

Programs are delivered in 10 session blocks. Each successive program builds on the previous learning to achieve a higher level of emotional intelligence.
